从邯钢经验入手,分析“模拟市场核算、实行成本否决”的管理方法及引进技术与内部挖潜的改革思路,为国有企业改革提供了成功经验和改革思路。
By studying HanGang's experience, the paper analyses the method of 'simulating market accounting, evaluating a decison by its cost' and the reform idea of 'introducing new technology, tapping internal potentialities'. It provides some successful experience and reform idea for the reform of state-owned enterprises.
