摘要
本文基于对常州市中小学推进公民教育实践活动特色项目的反思,阐述了实施公民教育实践活动的现实困境:认识不足、指导乏力、遭遇障碍及保障不力,同时提出了在困境中寻找公民教育实践活动的生长点的建议。
On the basis of reflection on citizen education in primary and secondary schools in Changzhou City, this essay expounds actual predicaments in implementation of citizen education： insufficient cognition, weak guidance, lack of protection while in trouble, suggesting some points of growth in citizen education.
