合格人才不仅要具有扎实的专业知识与技能,还要具有较高的情商水平。中学英语教学中重视和加强情商教育,将有助于中学生今后的发展,培养出真正合格的外语人才。本文结合英语教学分析了中学生情商教育的重要性、内容,并探讨了如何在英语教学中培养学生的高水平情商。
Qualified talents need to have a high level of emotional quotient as well as professional knowledge and skills. Emphasis on EQ education in middle school English teaching helps students＇ future development and cultivates really qualified talents. This essay analyzes the importance and content of EQ education for the effective approach to fostering students with high levels of emotional quotient.
