摘要 介绍了一种采用"推拉接力原理"设计的压电微角度电动机。通过TMS320LF2407型数字处理芯片(DSP)产生6路方波,将其中两路转换成三角波与两路方波相匹配作为四路控制信号。采用直流放大驱动电源将控制信号放大驱动压电电动机,电动机通过圆光栅检测回转角度并把检测值传递给数字处理芯片,从而进一步调整输出的控制信号。整个系统实现闭环控制,同时实现压电微角度电动机的匀速连续转动。电动机的最小单步角位移可达2″。 A piezoelectric micro-angle motor based on the "push-pull relay" principle has been designed and introduced in this paper.TMS320LF2407 model of DSP was used to produce six-channel square-wave signals,of which two-channel square-wave signals were converted into two-channel triangular-wave signals and matched with two-channel triangular-wave signals as the four-channel control signals.The four-channel control signals were amplified by DC amplifying type driving power to drive the piezoelectric motor,the circular grating detected the rotation angle of the motor and the measured result was transmitted to DSP to further adjust the output of the control signals.The whole system has achieved closed-loop control,at the same time the piezoelectric micro-angle motor achieved constant velocity continuous rotation.The smallest single-step angular displacement of the motor has been up to 2″.
