摘要
提出了一种新型超声轴承,采用有限元法对压电换能器部分进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。通过压电换能器的模态实验,确定其工作频率。搭建实验平台,在超声轴承工作和未工作条件下进行对比实验。实验结果表明,该超声轴承在工作状态下实现了减摩效果,机械摩擦损耗减小为超声轴承未工作状态下的10%左右。
A novel type of ultrasonic bearing was proposed.The mode analysis and the harmonic response analysis of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator used in the bearing have been carried out by the finite element method.The working frequency of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator was defined by the mode experiment.The comparative trial was made on the working and the non-working conditions of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator.The experiment testified that the ultrasonic bearing had the anti-friction performance when the piezoelectric ceramic actuator was in the working condition,and the friction loss of ultrasonic bearing was lowered to about 10% comparing with the piezoelectric ceramic actuator in the non-working condition.
