微波合成铌酸钾钠系无铅压电陶瓷粉体的研究

Study on Microwave Synthesized 0.94(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_3-0.06LiNbO_3 Lead-free Fine Powders

摘要 分别采用微波加热法和电加热法合成了固相0.94(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.06LiNbO3无铅压电陶瓷粉体,对比研究了两种不同合成工艺及其对陶瓷粉体相组成和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,较常规的电加热合成工艺,微波法可使合成温度降低达200℃,合成时间缩短至电热合成的1/20,可制备出形状规则,大小均匀,团聚较少的粉体,是一种具有很好应用前景的材料合成方法。 The solid-phase 0.94(K0.5Na0.5) NbO3-0.06LiNbO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powders have been synthesized by the microwave heating method and the conventional electric heating method.The impact to the phase composition and microstructure by the two different materials synthesis method was studied.The results showed that microwave synthesis can lower the synthesis temperature about 200 ℃ and cut down the processing time to about 1/20 comparing with the electric heating method.The powders obtained by microwave synthesis exhibited fine morphology,uniform granularity and less reunion.The microwave synthesis has good prospects for the development of materials process method.
