摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方锌铁钙口服溶液中维生素B2含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱,Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)。流动相,醋酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸3 mL和40 g/L氢氧化钠18 mL加水至600 mL)-甲醇(66∶34),流速为0.8 mL/min;检测波长为267 nm,柱温为40℃,进样量为10μL。结果维生素B2在6.4~64μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);维生素B2的平均回收率分别为101.02%(RSD=0.20%),102.28%(RSD=0.52%),98.35%(RSD=1.42%)(n=9)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,不受其他成分的干扰,可用于测定复方锌铁钙口服溶液中维生素B2的含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of vitamin B_2 in Compound Zn,Fe,Ca Oral Solution.Methods Chromatography was carried out on the Shim-pack VP-ODS column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);the mobile phase consisted of sodium acetate solution-carbinol(66∶34);the flow rate:0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 267nm.The column temperature:40 ℃,the sample size:10 μL.Results The good linearity of vitamin B_2 was obtained within the range of 6.4~64 μg/mL;the average recovery rate of vitamin B_2 was 101.02%(RSD=0.20%),102.28%(RSD=0.52%),98.35%(RSD=1.42%)(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,which can be used to detect the content of vitamin B_2 in Compound Zn,Fe,Ca Oral Solution.
