糖尿病患者血清γ-谷氨酰基转肽酶水平变化及其检测价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清γ-谷氨酰基转肽酶(GGT)水平变化及其临床检测价值。方法选择临床确诊的住院和门诊T2DM患者126例,同期健康对照组50例,两组分别进行血清GGT和血糖(Glu)水平检测,进行对比分析。结果 (1)T2DM患者血清GGT和Glu水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。(2)126例T2DM患者中有41例阳性,阳性率为32.5%。结论T2DM患者体内存在血清GGT的异常表达,T2DM患者伴血清GGT升高者较多见,血清GGT水平检测可作为T2DM病情判定以及治疗效果观察的指标,对预测T2DM发生、发展具有辅助诊断价值。
