给出一个新的实齐次核的Hilbert型积分不等式,并给出其逆向形式及等价形式,同时证明了常数因子的最佳性.

Estimating the weight function, we gave a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with homogeneous kernel real number-degree and a best constant factor. The equivalent inequality and the reverse forms were considered.
