To develop the isolation elements against the bad environment is the new topic which is raised to adapt the requirement of the shipboard radar equipments. Such aspects of the resonance peak - free complex coulomb dampen as the basic principle, characteristics, performance parameters and the use for the shipboard radar engineering are mainly presented in this paper.
