摘要
在模体积失配效应与微弯原理的基础上,本文提出了一种可用于机敏材料与结构的新颖的强度调制型梳状光纤应变传感器,分析了其应变传感原理,给出了其简单方便的加工方法,并进行了详细的理论与实验研究。
Based on the effect of mismatch of mode volume and principle of microbending, a novel intensity modulated comb-type fiber optic strain sensor which can be used in smart structure and material is presented. Its sensing principle and simple fabrication method are analyzed, theoretical experimental study results are also given in this paper.
