摘要
采用高温固相合成法制备了ZnO基荧光粉,并利用XRD、SEM等方法分析表征样品。实验结果表明,以氯化铵为助剂,在900℃煅烧2 h制得了晶粒较小晶形完整分散性较好的ZnO:Zn^(2+)荧光粉,用387 nm的紫外光激发,获得了较宽的绿光发射;掺入Eu^(3+)离子,在800℃煅烧合成了ZnO:Eu^(3+)荧光粉,说明Eu^(3+)离子掺杂有降低烧结温度的作用,另外用465 nm光激发ZnO:Eu^(3+)荧光粉获得了612 nm和700 nm的红光发射。
ZnO-based phosphors were prepared by sintering. The properties were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that ZnO:Zn^2+ phosphor with great crystalline and small grain size was prepared by calcining with NH4Cl as flux. It gives a broadband green luminescent emission with excitation wavelength of 387 nm. Eu^3+-doped ZnO was sintered at 800℃. The Eu^3+ ion reduced the sintering temperature to some extent. The fluorescence emission peaks wavelength of ZnO:Eu^3+ are at 612 mn and 700 nm with excitation wavelength of 465 nm.
