摘要
在综合前人研究成果的基础上,本文以推动组织创新为切入点,基于协同学的原理,分析并例证了智力资本如何影响组织绩效,分别从组织员工激励、外部利益相关者需求的满足,以及智力资本整体协同三个方面提出了智力资本转化的有效途径,并据此为企业提出了相应的建议。
On the basis of previous research results and the principle of synergetics,as well as taking promoting organizational innovation as the starting point,we analyze and illustrate how the three-dimensional degree of intellectual capital would affect organizational performance,further advance three effective intellectual capital transformation paths from employee-prompting,outside-stakeholders requires-contenting and collaboration of intellectual capital,and accordingly make suggestions for the enterprises.
