47例高龄食管贲门癌外科治疗分析

目的探讨及总结高龄食管贲门癌患者的手术治疗方法及经验。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2009年12月本科手术治疗高龄食管贲门癌47例患者的临床资料。结果本组手术切除率93．6％（44／47），探查术6．4％（3／47）；术后并发症发生率25．5％（12／47），死亡率2．1％（1／47）。结论严格掌握高龄食管癌患者手术适应证、选择适宜的术式、术后确保有效的胃肠减压及充分营养支持，可预防和减少术后并发症的发生，提高患者手术治愈率与生活质量。

Objective To investigate and summarize the surgical treatment experience of elderly patients with carcinoma of esophago cardia. Method Taking the retrospective analysis of clinical data of 47 patients that have been Performed operations. Result In this group,the resection rate was 93.6% ,the rate of exploration Takes up 6. 3% ,the complication incidence was 25.5% and the mortality was only 2. 1%. Conclusion With a strict surgical indications, choosing suitable operation, effective gastrointestinal decompression and full nutritional support postoperatively, post - op complication can be effectively prevented and the recovery rate and quality of life of esophageal cancer patients can be improved.
