磷盐复合变质和试棒尺寸对Al-30Si铸态组织的影响

摘要 试验研究了磷盐复合变质和试棒尺寸对Al-30Si铸态组织的影响。结果表明:磷盐的加入使合金组织中的初生硅和共晶组织都得到了细化,并随着磷盐加入量的增加,初生硅的尺寸逐渐减小;当加入量达到1%时初生硅的尺寸最小,从原来的200μm减小到30μm以下,再增加磷盐的加入量初生硅的尺寸变化不大,反而气孔缺陷增多。尴15mm的试棒由于尺寸较小,心部和外部的组织变化不大;尴75mm的试棒的组织,从外部到心部初生硅的尺寸渐渐增加,从40μm增加到60μm,且αAl的数量增多。 The effect of the phosphate compound modification and sample size on as-cast microstructure of Al-30Si alloy has been studied.The results showed that:the primary and eutectic silicon have been refined when phosphate was added,and with the increase in the added amount of phosphate,the size of primary silicon decreases.The minimum size of primary silicon occured with an added amount of 1%,reduced from 200μm to 30μm.To increase the amount of phosphorus the size of primary silicon changed little while stomatal defects increased.Small size as the test bars of 15mm,the center and outside organization changed little;the microstructure of the test bars of 75mm,from outside to center of the primary silicon size gradually increased from 40μm to 60μm,and the increase in the number of αAl.
