随着节能减排任务加大，乘用车也将执行更严厉的油耗限值标准。昨日，记者获悉，《乘用车燃料消耗量限值》（第三阶段标准）将于12月出台，2011年将正式实施，通过渐进目标令油耗限值比第二阶段下降20％。2015年，全国平均乘用车燃油消耗量将降为7L左右。
Along with task increasing in energy saving and reducing emission, much severe standard of limited value of oil consumption is enforced for passenger car. <<Fuel Consumption Limited Value for Passenger Car>> (The standard in third stage), will be coming out on December of this year, and bring into effect in due form in the year of 2011, and the oil consumption limited value in second stage will be declined by 20% through target of gradually progress. In the year of 2015, the average fuel consumption limited value for passenger car in all China, will be reduced to about 7L.
