摘要
地理空间基础框架是构筑数字城市的基础性地理信息系统,对各区市县、各有关部门职能起到支撑作用。本文首先阐述了数字城市地理空间框架建设的背景,然后讨论了建设的目的和主要任务,重点探讨了建设方案的设计和内容,并以惠州市地理空间基础框架建设为例,阐述了数字城市地理空间基础框架建设步骤。
Geo-spatial Framework is one of main part and basic capital construction of ＂Digital City＂,has technical support in effect of related department and government.The background,purpose and central assignment of Geo-spatial Framework are expounded.Frame and content of Geo-spatial Framework are also discussed.Last,take the case of Huizhou,show how to build geo-spatial framework of digital city.
