摘要
2007年重庆市被确定为全国首批乡镇卫生院招聘执业医师的试点省市之一,到2009年已在8个贫困区县的55所乡镇卫生院招聘了56名执业医师。本研究对"乡镇卫生院招聘执业医师"项目绩效进行评估并对研究过程中发现的问题进行分析,提出对策,为建立农村基层卫生人才队伍稳定长效机制提供参考。
Chongqing was qualified to recruit township hospital practitioner as one of first bulk of pilot provinces in 2007.Fifty-five township hospitals in 8 poor counties had recruited 56 practitioners until 2009.We carried out performance evaluation of this project,analyzed existed problems,and provided suggestions for attracting and keeping rural grassroots health workers.
