摘要 八年制医学生的科研培养模式具有其特殊性,在基础学习阶段对其进行科研启蒙和创新能力的培养是非常重要的。对八年制学生基础阶段科研指导方式进行了一些探索与实践,以循序渐进,制定短期、高效的培养计划,定期进行科研培训及文献学习,指导撰写综述及参与科研设计、实践,取得了较好的效果。 The mode of scientific research training for eight-year medical students has its specificity. It is very important to develop their scientific research initiation and cultivate their innovative ability at the preclinical stage. We explored ways of providing scientific research guidance for eight-year medical students: making short-term and efficient training programs, implementing them step by step, carrying out regular research training and literature studying, guiding students' review writing, and involving them in research design and practice. We have achieved good effects.
