黄酮抗氧化及对缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

Antioxidant activity and Protective effects of Flavonoids against Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion

许多植物黄酮类成分具有广泛的抗氧化活性,具有清除活性氧自由基及抗脂质过氧化等作用。心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生机制有多种,但都与自由基作用密切相关,许多植物黄酮具有清除活性氧自由基作用,因此对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用,本文对植物黄酮的抗氧化活性及对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用进行综述。

Plant flavonids have activities of antioxidant,scavenging reactive oxygen free radicals and anti-lipid peroxidation and so on.Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in the occurrence of a variety of mechanisms,and they are closely related to the role of free radicals.Many flavonoids have a role in scavenging reactive oxygen free radicals.Therefore,there is a myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury protective effect of flavonoids.This article mainly summarized the antioxidation characteristic of plant flavonids and protective effects of plant flavonoids against myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
