摘要
通过小鼠游泳力竭实验、耐高温实验和耐寒实验,观察螺旋藻混悬液的抗疲劳作用。结果显示:螺旋藻混悬液可以显著延长小鼠游泳时间,提高高温、寒冷条件下小鼠存活率。提示螺旋藻混悬液可提高小鼠在应激状态下的生存能力,对疲劳恢复、抗疲劳能力提高具有促进作用。
Through the mouse experiments such as exhaustive swimming,anti-high and cold temperature,observing the suspension of Spirulina role of anti-fatigue.The results showed that Spirulina suspension can significantly extend the mice' swimming time and increase the the survival rate of mice in heat,cold conditions.It prompt that suspension of Spirulina can increase mice' the viability of stress state and promotion of the role of fatigue recovery,capacity of anti-fatigue.
