大鼠腓深神经传入纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射—FRAP法

摘要 目的:研究大鼠腓深神经传入纤维在脊髓胶状质(SG)的投射定位。方法:按照跨神经节溃变的原理,用抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶(FRAP)法和显微测量进行定量分析。结果:大鼠腓深神经向SG的纵向投射主要为L2~L6上部。L2~L6各节段SG水平向眉毛状反应带长所测均值分别为0.761、0.825、0.887、0.898、0.819mm,而腓深神经向L2~L6上部各节段SG水平向投射所测均值分别在0.414~0.481、0.362~0.514、0.335~0.472、0.339~0.437、0.372~0.439mm的范围。结论:腓深神经投射区主要位于SG的中间带偏内。 Objective To research the orientational projection of the afferent fibers of rat’s deep peroneal nerve to the substantia gelatinosa (SG) of spinal cord.Methods In accordance with the principle of transganglion degeneration by adopting fluoride resistant acid phosphtase (FRAP) method and micromeasurement technique a quantitative analysis was made.Results The longitudinal projection of the deep peroneal nerves to SG were found in L 2~L 6.In accordance with micromeasurements,the mean value (mm) of horizontal eyebrow like reactive zone of the SG in L 2~L 6 were 0.761,0.825,0.887,0.898,and 0.819,while the mean value(mm) of horizontal projection of the deep peroneal nerve to L 2~L 6 upper part were 0.414~0.481,0.362~0.514,0.335~0.472,0.339~0.437 and 0.372~0.439,respectively.Conclusion The results show that the projection area of the deep peroneal nerve is mainly on the intermediate zone medialis of SG.
