听教学示范课的体会

Our Experience of Observing Model Lessons

听教学示范课是青年教师提高教学技能的重要手段。听课之前需有准备、有目的,听课时需关注示范教师的课堂教学环节、教学艺术和课堂教学组织,听课后需根据自身情况做好总结与分析。

Observing model lessons is one of the important ways for new teachers to improve their teaching skills. New teachers should make some preparations before class; pay attention to classroom teaching procedures, teaching art and classroom teaching organization during observation; and summarize and analyze based on their personal conditions after model class.
