摘要
目的:探讨建立肾性高血压大鼠实验模型的新方法。方法:采用丝线缩窄方法代替银夹。结果:高血压成功率达83%,术后两周血压明显增高,术后四周有心肌肥厚形成。结论:此操作方法简便成功率高,周期较短,经济易行。
Objective To study a new method for establishing renovascular hypertensive rat model.Mothods the silkligature was used instead of clip to narrow the renal artery in our rat models.Results A success rate of 83% was got in our experiment,the obviously elevated SBP and then the heart hypertrophy in rats were showed two and four weeks after operation respectively.Conclusion This method can be easily operated with an economical spend,high success rate and short periode.
