摘要
随着现代装备系统性能和复杂程度的不断提高,使用维护要求的日趋严格使其使用和保障费用也急剧上涨。提出了一种计算可修复系统的最优预防维修周期的模型,此模型是结合系统的失效损失费和维修费用,根据使单位有效使用时间的费用最小的原则建立的,针对失效时间为伽码分布的系统,计算了各种费用比和尺度参数下的最优维修周期。结论说明,此方法具有更高的预测精度,有较好的实际应用价值。
With the increasingly improvement of capability,complexity and strict operating maintenance demands for modern martial aircraft,its operating and support cost(OSC)rise rapidly. The paper proposes a model to calculate the optimal preventive maintenance cycle for repairable systems. Based on the principle of minimum per unit effective-use cost,It integrates the cost of system failure and maintenance. It calculates the optimal maintenance cycle for systems with distribution of failure. The conclusion showed that,this method has the higher forecast precision,has the better actual value.
