社会建设与社会管理在新的历史时期为领导干部提出了全新的能力要求。要使领导干部真正适应社会建设工作需要,就必须注重公信力、统筹力、创新力、决策力等能力的提升,形成驾驭社会建设工作的完善领导力体系。
Both the social construction and social management in new historical era propose the new ability requirement for leading cadres.They will lay stress on the promotion of such the ability as public trust,organization,innovation and policy-making and make perfect leading system for social construction,which can truly meet the need of social construction.
