摘要
近年来,民族地区旅游经济在丰富的旅游资源与民族文化的双重推动下,取得了长足发展。目前,推进旅游企业集团化已成为民族地区进一步发展旅游经济的共识。因此,建立现代企业制度,完善民族地区旅游集团绩效管理体系就显得尤为重要。
In recent years,tourist economy in national areas has made considerable progress with the promotion of both rich tourist resource and national culture.At present the advancement of the collectivization of tourist enterprises becomes a common understanding for further development of tourist economy in national areas.Thus,it is particularly urgent to establish modern enterprise system and improve the performance management system of tourist group in national areas.
