摘要 作为高校人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,工学结合是提升学生专业能力、增强学生就业适应性的重要途径。在结合学前教育专业特点对工学结合内涵进行解读的基础上,分析实践中学前教育专业校外实训的状况,进而在工学结合理念的指导下提出建立和完善学前教育专业校外实训机制的策略建议。 As an important entry point for Colleges students' cultivation mode reform,combining learning with working is an important way to enhance students' professional competence and adaptability.This article explains the meaning of combining learning with working at first;and then analyses the actuality of pre-school education major's outside college practice;gives the strategy and suggestion under the combining learning with working concept to form and perfect the mechanism of pre-school education major's outside college practice in the end.
