摘要
研究林下参根、叶片及叶茶中无机元素的组成及含量。方法:将样品消化后定容,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)测定。测出各部位含45种无机元素,其中含量较高的元素为Ca、Mg等常量无机元素:把林下参叶片加工成叶茶后,Ca、Fe等元素的含量发生了改变。该研究首次报道林下参的无机元素成分,为综合开发利用林下参提供了科学的依据。
To study the inorganic elements in the root, leaf and leaf-tea of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer cv. Silvatica. Method Constant volume of the samples were determined by ICP-AES instrument after digestion. Result 45 kinds of inorganic elements were detected in the samples and the contents of Ca and Mg were higher than others. The contents of Ca and Fe were changed when we made the leaf into tea. Conclusion This research provided theoretical evidences for the far-reaching use of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer cv. Silvatica.
