摘要
新建油气管道系统的安全可靠性的重要保障工具是包括信息的收集与整理、可靠性评价、管道安全的检测与评估,风险预测的完整性管理。管道完整性管理系统能够及时、直观、形象地对影响管道安全因素进行评估,同时对影响管道安全的重大事故隐患及重大危险源进行监控,以及发生事故后提供救援决策分析。管理系统具备一个强有力的软件支持环境,既可为管道运行、风险评价、风险缓解、剩余强度评价、剩余寿命估计、紧急事件和自然灾害的应急救援等提供辅助决策支持,还可以为管道设计、规划等提供虚拟平台。探讨了建立管道完整性管理平台中的关键技术,并基于兰成渝成品油管道,通过总体设计、数据库设计和网络设计进行管道完整性管理系统模型设计与开发。
For newly-built petroleum pipelines,some important tools to guarantee their safety and reliability contain a set of integrity management program of information collection and arrangement,reliability evaluation,safety test and assessment,and risk prediction.This program can in time evaluate the factors affecting pipeline safety,monitor both major accidental hidden danger and major hazard affecting the safety,and analyze the decision-making for rescue after accident.Equipped with a strong software support,the program can provide not only a support for pipeline operation,risk evaluation,risk relieve,remaining strength's evaluation,remaining life's assessment,emergent rescue of both emergency and natural disaster but also a virtual platform for pipeline design and planning.Moreover,this paper discussed the key technology to establish program platform.Finally,the design and development of integrity management program model has also been implemented in terms of general,dataset and network design based on the Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Oil Product Pipeline.
