摘要
本文通过对云南少数民族中学生心理上存在的问题进行分析,结合中学生身心发展规律,对少数民族中学生心理健康教育的重要性进行论述,并根据少数民族地区的实际情况提出更加有效的对策,为少数民族地区中学生心理健康教育的发展提供一定的理论依据。
This paper analyzes the existing mental health problems in minority middle school students in Yunnan.Combining middle-school students' body and mind development regularity,the importance of psychological health education to the minority students is discussed,and according to actual situation in minority area proposed more effective countermeasures for minority areas middle school students' mental health education development providing certain theoretical basis.
