摘要
图书馆岗位分工传统模式的长期制严重制约着馆员积极性和创造性的发挥,因此,图书馆岗位应该实行轮换制,实行图书馆岗位轮换制要制定科学的轮岗制度;充分做好轮岗前的培训工作;做好岗位轮岗考核工作和强化激励机制;做好馆员的继续教育工作。
The traditional library division of labor mode severely restricts the librarians＇ enthusiasm and creativity.Therefore,the library post division should execute rotation.To implement job rotation should make scientific system,fully complete the rotation training before work,complete the inspection work and strengthen job rotation incentive mechanism,complete the librarians＇ continuing education work.
