城市规划和城市建设是城市化发展进程中一个十分重要的课题。在推进楚雄滇中特色大城市进程中还存在着一系列急需解决的问题,尤其是统筹老城区与开发区的城市规划建设。实现一盘棋、一体化发展已显得十分迫切,应形成一套行之有效的应对之策。
