摘要
目的:探讨脑血疾病伴发精神障碍的诊断、治疗和预后。方法:选取2006年10月至2010年6月社区卫生服务机构与三级医院双向转诊脑血管病患者100例,重点随访观察符合CCMD-3诊断标准的脑血管病伴发精神障碍50例患者的疗效和预后。结果:伴有精神障碍的脑血管疾病患者,在积极治疗原发疾病的同时,针对精神障碍进行治疗,精神障碍症状于用药后30天内逐渐减轻或消失。结论:脑血管疾病伴发精神障碍比单纯性脑血管疾病治疗效果差。
Objective：To investigate the blood disease with mental disorder diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Methods：In October 2006-2,010 community health services in June with three two-way referral hospital of 100 patients with cerebrovascular disease,focusing on follow-up observation of the diagnostic criteria consistent with CCMD cerebrovascular disease with mental disorders the efficacy of 50 patients and prognosis.Results： Mental disorders associated with cerebral vascular disease,primary disease in the active treatment,while treatment for mental disorders,mental symptoms within 30 days after the medication is gradually reduced or disappeared.Conclusions： The cerebral vascular disease with mental disorders and cerebrovascular diseases than the simple difference between the treatment effect.
