高校办公室中枢协调职能运行机制的研究

高校"去行政化"所引起的讨论进一步促使人们去重新审视高校的管理模式和管理制度,包括高校办公室的职能等。中枢协调是高校办公室的重要职能,一方面,对内协调实现了各部门、院系等为学校总目标而协同一致;另一方面,对外协调则通过"利益集"的对话、协商、相互妥协的过程实现学校和利益相对方的既定目标。而要实现高校办公室中枢协调机制的良性运转,重点应从组建高效工作团队,畅通信息沟通渠道,完善科学管理体系等三个方面着手。
