园艺学专业学位研究生培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice in Training Pattern of Academic Degree Postgraduates in Horticultural Science

全日制专业学位硕士研究生是研究生教育领域的新生事物。根据专业学位硕士的特点,河南科技大学对园艺专业硕士培养模式进行了探索与实践,以培养复合型、应用型人才为目标,以强化专业研究生的实践动手能力为突破口,加强师资队伍建设,构建更合理的课程体系,改革教学内容、方法与手段,突出创新与实践能力,提高论文水平,提高了专业学位研究生的培养水平。

Full-time academic degree postgraduates are new in postgraduate education domain.Based on the characters of academic degree postgraduates,we explored and practiced the training pattern of quality acadernic degree postgraduates in horticultural science.Aimed at training modes of interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents,we strengthened teaching team and reasonable courses system construction,and reformed teaching contents,technique and method,and improved thesis level and cultivation level by deepening practice ability.
