腹腔镜开窗引流治疗肝囊肿的临床应用

Clinical experience of laparoscopic fenestration and drainage for hepatic cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜开窗引流治疗肝囊肿的临床应用价值。方法分析60例腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗引流术患者的临床资料及治疗体会。结果 60例患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹。手术时间35～90min,平均50min。术后平均住院4d,2例老年患者出现尿潴留,无其他严重并发症发生。结论腹腔镜开窗引流治疗肝囊肿创伤小,恢复快,安全可行,易于被患者接收,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical experience of laparoscopic fenestration and drainage for hepatic cysts.Methods The clinical data and experience of 60 patients with hepatic cysts underwent laparoscopic fenestration and drainage were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operation procedures were completed successfully in all the patients,without conversion to open abdominal operation.The duration of operation was 35 ～ 90 minutes,averaged 50 minutes. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 4d.Two patients suffered from postoperative urinary retention and no other complications occurred.Conclusions Laparoscopic fenestration and drainage for hepatic cysts with less injury and rapid recovery was feasible and effective,and was easily received by patients,which has valuable in the clinical application.
