剖宫产术后晚期产后出血31例临床分析

Clinical analysis for late postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的原因及防治措施。方法对31例剖宫产术后晚期产后出血患者的临床资料进行回顾,并对结果进行分析。结果 9例经保守治疗后治愈;22例因阴道出血仍多而休克行次全子宫切除术。结论严格掌握剖宫产的手术指征,提高手术操作、缝合技术以及术后预防用药是预防晚期产后出血的关键。

Objective To explore the causes and control measures for late postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 31 cases with late postpartum hemorrhage were reviewed and analyzed.Results Among 31 cases with late postpartum hemorrhage,9 cases were cured by conservative treatment,22 cases were done hysterectomy surgery for the shock by vaginal bleeding.Conclusions It is the key to prevention of late postpartum hemorrhage by strict control of surgical indications of cesarean section,to improve surgical operation,suture techniques and postoperative prophylaxis
