中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with narrowband UVB on psoriasis

目的观察中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线(UVB)治疗银屑病的疗效。方法将140例银屑病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各70例,两组均口服阿维A,1周后予窄谱UVB照射,隔2日1次。治疗组于每次照射前采用中药药浴,30 min/次;对照组不实施中药药浴;两组疗程均为21天。结果治疗组有效率77.14%;对照组有效率58.57%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.534,P<0.05)。结论中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病疗效高,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with narrowband UVB on psoriasis.Methods 140 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into 2 groups,including control group（70 cases） treated with narrowband UVB after oral intaking Acitretin Capsules for 1 week and therapy group（70 cases） treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath before narrowband UVB,additionally.The therapy time was 21 days.Results The efficacy rate of therapy group and control group were 77.14% and 58.57%.There was statically significant difference between the two groups（χ2=5.534,P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective to treat psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with Narrowband UVB.
