摘要
目的建立菊苣中所含总有机酸的含量测定方法。方法以绿原酸为对照品用紫外分光光度法对菊苣药材中的有机酸对进行含量测定,该有机酸在328nm处有最大吸收。结果菊苣药材中含有机酸以绿原酸计为158mg。结论本法操作简便,灵敏度高,稳定,重现性好,可用于含菊苣的制剂及药材有机酸含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the contents of total organic acids in Cichorium intybus L by UV.Methods The determination was performed by chlorogenic acid standard as control substance,with the wavelength set at 328 nm.Results Cichorium intybus L contained 158mg of organic acids according to the calculation of chlorogenic acid content.Conclusion The method is easy to operate,highly accurate,stable,reproducible and can be applied to determine the content of organic acids in Cichorium intybus L.
