摘要
目的:确定益母草种子的最适发芽条件及生活力的检验方法。方法:通过研究不同发芽床和发芽温度对益母草种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数的影响,确定益母草种子的最适发芽条件;通过研究四唑浓度、染色时间和温度对益母草种子染色着色率的影响,确定其生活力的检验方法。结果:益母草种子的发芽最适温度确定为25℃,以滤纸为发芽床较适宜;四唑染色时间5h、浓度0.2%和温度35℃是益母草种子生活力检测的适宜条件。结论:此检验方法可为益母草种子的检验规程和质量标准制定提供依据。
Objective : To determine the best testing methods of germination and viability of Leonurus japonicus Houtt. seed. Methods: The best seed germination conditions determined by the effect of the different germination beds and temperature on germination rate, germination potential, and germination index;the best seed viability testing method determined by the effect of TCC concentration, dye time, and temperature on seed dye rate. Results: The best seed germination conditions were temperature 25℃ and filter paper as germination bed;the best seed viability testing conditions were TCC dye time 5 h, TCC concentration 0.2 %, and temperature 35℃. Conclusion: These testing methods could provide helps for the establishment of testing rules and quality standard of Leonurus japonicus Houtt. seed.
