摘要
目的:建立罗汉果茎、叶及其提取物中山柰苷的含量测定方法,为以罗汉果茎叶提取物为原料的保健食品质量控制提供依据。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对罗汉果茎、叶及其提取物中山柰苷的含量,用外标两点法定量。结果:此方法线性关系良好,山柰苷线性回归方程为Y=1459.5X+7.5689(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.14%,RSD=1.59%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可作为罗汉果茎、叶及其提取物的质量控制方法。
Objective: To determine the content of kaempferitrin in Siraitia grosvenori(Swingle) plant extract and provide information of quality control for health food which was made of Siraitia grosvenori (Swingle) plant extract. Methods: The Determination of Kaempferitrin in Siraitia grosvenori (Swingle) plant extract by RP-HPLC by external standard method. Results: The linear relationshi Pwas good. The linear regression equation is Y = 1 459. 5X + 7. 568 9 (r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 101.14 %, RSD = 1.59 % (n =6 ). Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable and can be used as a quality control for Siraitia grosvenori (Swingle) plant and extract.
