HPLC测定喘嗽宁片中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Chuansouning Tablets by HPLC

目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定喘嗽宁片中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Agilent C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇－0．2％磷酸（40：60）为流动相，流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长：278nin。结果：黄芩苷在0．0592—0．7400μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率为99．3％，RSD=1．1％。结论：本方法简便可靠，专属性强，重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： The content of baicalin in Chuansouning Tablets was determined by HPLC. Methods： The Agilent Clscolumn （4. 6 mm x 250 mm, 5μm） was used, the methanol-0. 2 % phosphoric acid（40：60）as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min ^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Results： The linear range of baicalin was in the range 0. 059 2 -0. 740 0 μg. The average recovery was 99. 3 % with RSD of 1.1%. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, specific and reproducible,it can be used for quality control of Chuansouning Tablets.
