摘要
传统的剪板机以手动控制为主,采用模板定位剪切,在进行大面积薄型彩钢板连续剪切时,会出现刚度不足、计数困难等问题。为解决此类问题,对剪板机进行PLC控制优化设计,改进上料、出料、工作台等外形结构,通过传感器、行程开关、计数器等实现PLC的自动控制。
The traditional plate shearing machine uses template position shearing,mainly by manual control. When shearing the thin color plate continuously,it causes the problems of insufficient stiffness and the hard enumeration,etc. Therefore,the plate shears should be PLC control optimized designed and improved the structure of feeder,discharger and bench. Execute the PLC automatic control through sensor,position limit switch and counter.
