动态自适应排队在铁路集装箱运输中的应用

摘要 提出一种动态自适应排队模型,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重参数,设计相应的排队算法。综合分析不同类型集装箱的优先级、各单集装箱已等待时间和各单集装箱数量等指标,据此确定各单集装箱综合优先级,最后利用动态自适应和遗传算法实现铁路集装箱的配载,并进行评价分析。针对我国目前铁路集装箱配载发货问题上存在的不足,提供合理的解决方向。 The paper introduces the dynamic self-adaptive queuing model,which shall certain the weighting parameters of each index by analytic hierarchy process,and design the queuing algorithm. According to the priority of different types of containers,different waiting times and the number of containers in single bill,it determines the priority of the single integrated container. Finally,it realizes and evaluates the arrangement of railway containers by dynamic self-adaptive and genetic algorithm. It proposes the rational direction to solve the shortage of railway containers delivery.
