Establishing Higher Financial Education System Adapting to the Rise of China's Finance

目前,我国金融从业人员的知识技能水平与发达国家相比仍有较大的差距,缺乏具有战略眼光、熟悉国际金融业务并具有防范金融风险能力的高层次金融人才,高层次金融人才的培养主要靠高等金融院校。本文探讨了振兴我国高等金融教育的几种途径。

There＇s still a long distance between China and the developed countries in terms of the knowledge and skills of finan-cial practitioners.High-level financial talents are insufficient in China who are familiar with international business,with strategic vi-sion and ability to address financial risks.The education of high-level financial talents mainly depends on higher financial universities and colleges.This paper proposes the channels to revitalize financial education in China.
