血液灌流联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗百草枯中毒的疗效观察

Effects of Hemoperfusion combined high dose ambroxol hydrochloride for treatment of paraquat poisoning

目的探讨血液灌流联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗百草枯中毒的效果。方法分析我科于2006年1月～2009年11月收治的27例百草枯中毒患者,随机分为治疗组(13例)和对照组(14例),对照组在入院后立即给予洗胃、导泄、利尿、抗氧化、保护脏器功能及大剂量激素和环磷酰胺等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予血液灌流及大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组生还8例,死亡5例,存活率61.5%,对照组生还2例,死亡12例,存活率14.3%。死亡病例中的存活时间,治疗组为(12.9±3.6)d,对照组为(5.7±2.4)d。结论血液灌流联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗百草枯中毒可以延长患者的生存时间,降低死亡率。

Objective To observe the effects of treatment in acute paraquat poisoning with hemoperfusion combined high dose ambroxol hydrochloride. Methods A analysis was taken in 27 patients admiued by paraquat poisoning from January 2006 to November 2009. The 27 patients were randomly diveded into treatment group （13case） and control group （14case）. Hernoperfusion combined high dose ambroxol hydrochloride were performed in treatment group, accompanying conventional therapy, such as gastrolavage, catharsis, diuresis, antioxidation, organ function protection, high dose hormone and cytoxan. Results 8 patients （61.5 % ） were brought bavk to life in treatment group, comparatively 2 patients （ 14.3 % ） in control group. The survival time of der todesfall was longer in treatment group （ 12.9 ± 3.6） d than that in control group （5.7 ± 2.4） d. Conclusion In the treatment of paraquat poisoning, hemoperfusion combined high dose ambroxol can extend survival time and depress mortalityrate, thus presenting positive therapeutic effects.
