摘要
传统的管理学课程教学方法普遍存在着理论与实践相分离的问题,不利于培养应用型和创新型人才。"学生参入教学法"通过让学生更多地参与并沉浸在课堂教学中,可以提高其发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力和团队协作精神,培养学生的应用能力、创新精神和创新能力,提高综合素质。
In the traditional Management teaching method,a general disadvantage exists: the theory and practice are separated,which fails to cultivate assets of practical ability and creativity.By making students deeply involved in the classroom teaching,Contributing Student Pedagogy is effective in promoting their ability of finding,analyzing and solving problems,and the team spirit will be formed.In addition,the students' practical ability,creative spirit and ability will be trained.Consequently,the students' comprehensive qualities will be promoted.
