摘要
以胶州湾表层及柱状沉积物为研究对象,利用连续提取法,研究了沉积物中各形态P的含量、地球化学分布特征、控制因素及环境意义,并对比分析了连续提取法与单步提取法的数据。结果表明,IP是胶州湾沉积物中P的主要形态,占TP的69.8%~81.9%,OP只占较小的比例;IP中Ca-P和Fe-P所占比例相对较大,是沉积物中P的主要赋存形态,Fe-P、ACa-P、DAP占TP的比例分别为21.3%~39.1%、6.2%~20.1%、22.1%~40.1%;P的含量及垂向分布受其来源、人类活动以及粒度、浮游植物量、pH、温度、盐度等环境因子的影响。
The surface and gravity core sediment samples were collected from Jiaozhou Bay.A sequential extraction method(SEDEX) was used to determine four phosphorus fractions.The geochemical characteristics of phosphorus forms and their controlling factors were discussed.In addition,SEDEX method was compared to single-step extraction methods.The results showed that inorganic phosphorus was the main form in total phosphorus,which was from 69.8% to 81.9%,and organic phosphorus was the minor part.Among different forms of inorganic phosphorus,calcium-phosphorus and iron-bound phosphorus were the dominant forms.Iron-bound phosphorus,authigenic apatite-bound phosphorus and detrital carbonate-bound phosphorus represented 21.3% to 39.1%,6.2% to 20.1% and 22.1% to 40.1% in total phosphorus,respectively.The concentrations and distribution of phosphorus forms were affected by the sources,anthropogenic activities and environmental conditions,including the phytoplankton biomass,pH,salinity,temperature and grain size of sediments etc.
