The study on the accumulation, transformation and depuration of paralytic shellfish poison in Chlamys farreri and Ruditapes philippinesis in different feeding ways(continuous feeding way and regular feeding way) was done. The result showed that it had an obvious discrepancy in PSP accumulation in R.philippinesis in different feeding ways. The continuous feeding way was disadvantaged to PSP accumulation in R.philippinesis.The different feeding ways also made a discrepancy in PSP accumulation in C.farreri.It had a discrepancy in PSP toxin composition in different feeding way.In continuous feeding way the main PSP toxin in R.philippinesis was GTX2 which might be transformed from other PSP toxin. In regular feeding way the main PSP toxin was GTX1.But in C.farreri GTX4 was the main PSP toxin. The proportion of GTX4 in the continuous feeding way was larger than in the regular feeding way.
